The 3D model is specifically designed for various applications such as VR, real-time visuals, and architectural interior scenes. Initially created using 3ds Max 2016, it has been successfully exported to other formats. Additionally, the model's resolution can be increased by further subdividing it. The entire model is created as one solid geometry object and is ready for subdivision. To achieve this high-quality output, a Turbosmooth modifier is applied on top of the mesh geometry with 2 iterations. By default, the model is positioned at the center of its scene. The rendering was conducted using Vray 3.0 along with simple Vray standard materials that don't include any textures. It's worth noting that this particular setup doesn't incorporate illumination settings.
