Here is a 3D model optimized for real-time applications, 3D printing, and architectural visualizations. This 3D printable model boasts correct real-world scale. Created in 3ds Max 2016 and compatible with multiple formats. Further subdivision increases its resolution. It consists of one solid geometry object ready for subdivision, topped by a Turbosmooth modifier on top of the mesh geometry with 2 iterations, all centered at the scene's origin. The model was rendered using Vray 3.0 with a simple standard material and no textures, allowing for quick visualization. Illumination setup is not included in the 3ds Max scene provided. Model dimensions suitable for 3D printing are approximately: 9.618cm (3.799in) length, 10.037cm (3.955in) width, 22.911cm (8.988in) height.
