This is a 3D model optimized for virtual reality, real-time applications, and other complex graphics projects. It features architectural interior scenes, detailed visualizations, animations, and any other type of CG production. This 3D printable model comes in real-world scale dimensions and has the option to increase resolution by subdividing it further. The design is composed of a single solid geometry object ready for subdivision. Exported from 3ds Max 2016 and converted to various formats, this model can be seamlessly incorporated into multiple platforms. It's already optimized with TurboSmooth modifier on top of its mesh geometry after two iterations, making it perfectly suited for subdivision and smooth rendering. Rendered with V-Ray 3.0 and simple standard material, this model does not feature any textures or additional design elements beyond what is required for a high-quality graphics presentation. Note that the illumination setup in the original 3ds Max scene is not included, leaving you full control to customize your project as needed.
