The 3D model is perfectly suited for a variety of applications, including VR experiences, real-time rendering, and 3D printing projects. The accurate scale makes it an excellent choice for architectural interior scenes, visualizations, animations, or any other Computer Graphics (CG) project. This 3D model can be printed directly because it has the correct real-world proportions. It was originally designed with 3ds Max 2016 software and can be easily exported to multiple formats. The 3D model is made up of a single solid geometry object that can be further divided into smaller sections to increase its level of detail. It has been enhanced by applying a Turbosmooth modifier on top of the mesh geometry with two iterations, allowing for smoother surfaces and increased precision. The 3D model is centrally positioned in the scene at its origin point. Rendering was completed using Vray 3.0 software with a basic Vray standard material applied, leaving out textures to maintain a minimalist look.
