Here's a 3D model designed to thrive in VR, real-time applications, and 3D printing - perfect for architectural interior scenes, visualizations, animations, or any other CG project. It can be accurately printed and features realistic real-world scale. The original creation utilized 3ds Max 2016 before being exported to multiple formats. The model can be expertly subdivided for a boost in resolution, while still functioning as a single solid geometry object. It has already been set up with Turbosmooth modifier on top of the mesh geometry, completing 2 iterations. As it sits at the origin of the scene, this model is ready to go. Rendering was done using Vray 3.0 and simple Vray standard material, boasting no textures. The 3ds Max scene doesn't include an illumination setup, but you're welcome to add one.
