For increased resolution, the model can be subdivided without requiring any extensive modifications. The entire model is one solid geometry object ready for subdivision with added detail through Turbosmooth modifier, set to 2 iterations. Placed exactly at scene origin, it allows effortless adjustments. With simple Vray standard material, rendering was executed in Vray 3.0 without using any textures whatsoever.
