Here's the thing: The model works perfectly with VR, real-time applications, and architectural scenes. You can print it in 3D or use it for any CG project - visualizations, animations, whatever you need! This model has all its dimensions exactly right, just like it happens in real life. I made it with 3ds Max 2016, and then exported it into different formats. To get even higher detail, simply subdivide the geometry further - super easy! One big chunk of geometry, already set up for subdivision, ready to go. Oh, and it's got a TurboSmooth modifier right on top, too. You'll see this model sitting perfectly centered in the scene. When you render it, just use Vray 3.0 and simple Vray standard materials - don't need any textures for now. As for the illumination, that's already set up outside the actual Max file itself, no problem there. Printing details: 8.914cm wide, 8.908cm long, 23.222cm high.
