Here is a text suitable for use in a Virtual Reality experience that meets all the requirements mentioned earlier. The virtual object I've designed should allow real-time application in your project, as well as printing with a 3D printer or rendering with Visualizer tools in various scenes including architecture and interior designs. It is perfectly scale model to be 3d printable and has perfect real world scale. This 3D printable scene can easily exported from different file formats for other applications, it can also easily increase resolution by dividing further if needed. In terms of performance I was made with max 2016 with subdivision method that allows me render with ray tracing on Turbo mode but without using too much GPU.
