The provided 3D model is optimized for real-time use in VR applications, as well as for architectural interior scenes, visualizations, and animations that require CG functionality. This high-resolution model features correct real-world dimensions, making it ideal for printing with any 3D printing technology available. The original creation tool used was 3ds Max 2016, with additional file formats also supported. If needed, the 3D model can be subdivided further to improve its resolution by creating multiple solid geometry objects. It's worth noting that this particular object has already undergone subdivision through use of the Turbosmooth modifier with two iterations on top of the mesh geometry.
