Here is the description rewritten: This 3D model was designed with VR, real-time applications, and architectural interior scenes in mind, as well as for use in visualizations, animations, and any other type of CG project. It's fully printable in 3D and scaled accurately to fit the real world. I originally created it using 3ds Max 2016, and exported it into various other formats to make it more versatile. The model is built with subdivision potential in mind, so you can further divide it to boost its resolution even more. As a single solid geometry object, it's already ready for subdivision right from the get-go. For extra detailed visuals, the 3D model features a TurboSmooth modifier applied on top of the mesh, running two iterations for enhanced realism. And because precision matters, the object is centered directly at the scene origin. During rendering, I utilized V-Ray 3.0 and a basic standard material to ensure an optimal performance without getting too bogged down with intricate textures - not that it wouldn't look fantastic even with some extra details! Note that, since we used a V-Ray scene for this render, our model's illumination settings are currently separate from the original scene. To recap, these specs are: height is 24.621cm, width is 10.929cm and depth is 11.218cm - so just plug it in your preferred 3D printer to start creating something amazing right away.
