This is a 3D model suitable for various virtual reality, real-time applications, 3D printing, architectural interior scenes, visualizations, animations, and other computer-generated project requirements. Originally created in 3ds Max 2016, this 3D model has been successfully exported to various formats for use with different applications. Furthermore, it's been enriched with the Turbo Smooth modifier applied directly onto its underlying geometry with a total of two iterations processed so far. Located at the origin of the 3D scene environment, the model offers excellent potential for optimal positioning and movement throughout any given space. The rendering engine utilized is V-Ray 3.0 along with standard material from Vray which was then simplified into no additional textures, giving a basic look. One thing to note about this scene is that the illumination setup has not been implemented as part of its native composition within 3ds Max scene architecture. Model specifications designed for a 3D print include dimensions measured at exactly 98.5 cm, 102.72 cm and 234.33 cm.
