Here is a suitable 3D model that will excel in virtual reality, real-time applications, and any other Computer Generated project that requires a 3D printing interior design or architectural scenes. This object can be accurately scaled in real-world measurements. It was originally created using 3ds Max 2016 before being converted into different formats. The 3D model has a single, cohesive structure making it highly divisible to boost its overall resolution. Built as one seamless solid geometry component, the model is fully ready for division at any level required by the user's specific needs. Furthermore, our design contains a TurboSmooth modifier on top of the actual mesh layout, having two complete iterations. The central axis point for this design is placed perfectly at the scene's origin position. Using Vray 3.0, we carried out rendering work with only standard materials from Vray. No texture or overlay effects are implemented within this project design and also, our initial illumination setup in the 3ds Max environment has not been used on any other part of this overall 3D modeling experience.
