<p>Edited 10/23/22: Revised stand on all models to accept 8 pin CPU power connectors that were previously too close to plug in. Added model name to all models. Added option for ATX PSU support.</p><p>These are the first three “final” versions of my open air SFFPC case. Two of them are compatible with ITX motherboards and SFX PSUs, and the other is for ITX motherboards and ATX PSUs. My goals for this design were simplicity, wide compatibility, and being small enough to print in one piece on an Ender 3 V2.</p><p>GPU compatibility is unlimited (make sure you download the correct version if using a GPU!). Throw whatever you want on it. It'll fit. GPU antisag is built in.&nbsp;</p><p>CPU air cooler compatibility is unlimited. Use a high % infill if you are using a large one, you don't want the frame to crack. There is currently no support for watercooling, but if it's requested, I'll make it happen.&nbsp;</p><p>The GPU version is compatible with cherry switches for the power and reset (or YEET_CMOS) switches, and has a space for one 2.5 inch drive (up to 10mm thick).&nbsp;</p><p>The version without GPU is very basic, and will only support the motherboard and PSU. There is no drive support (good reason to get an NVMe, right?), no power switch support, and obviously no GPU support.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>I printed these on an Ender 3 V2 with 40% infill, tree supports enabled, and in PLA. It took me 45 hours and about 400 grams of filament. I would recommend a filament with a higher heat resistance such as PETG or ABS if possible. In order to mount everything properly, you will need:</p><p>Philips screwdriver, 5mm socket and driver</p><p>Metric motherboard standoffs (M3, 6mm female, 6mm male)</p><p>M3.5x10mm screws for the PSU.</p><p>Standard M3.5 chassis screws for the GPU (M3.5x6mm)</p><p>If you print the ATX PSU version, you will need to print the rear GPU mount separately and superglue it onto the corner where the GPU slot would be in a normal case.&nbsp;</p><p>To make the power/reset switches, you will need:</p><p>Soldering iron</p><p>Heat shrink</p><p>Front panel extension cables</p><p>I used Cherry Blue switches, but any Cherry style switch will work</p><p>Keycaps for the switches are recommended but not required</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>If you try one of these out, please let me know how it went and if you would like anything added. I will eventually design versions for different size motherboards and PSUs. If you do not wish to spend a bunch of time sourcing parts and putting it together, I will eventually sell this case and a kit with all necessary screws/switches/cables included.
