Here is some basic design anyone can use or change as they want for Vash new arm design. This will cover the shoulder and upper arm for now. This has been test printed on Elegoo Saturn printer. Will need to scale depending on arm size. Has holes in design for people to add lights. As far as Attachment recommend using heavy snaps on jacket to attach to piece 3. You can then do Piece 1 and 2 same way or if you want stack and glue pieces together. Caution for movement. Far as arm piece I just glue some Velcro straps to it and wrapped around arm. Hope this helps someone with cosplay for Vash. 4/5 updates: 1. Resized and fixed shoulder piece 3 to be a bit smaller and thinner. 2. Vash arm piece changed based on new references. 3. Test hand pieces added for people to use. ( warning pieces not been all tested for printing yet. Recommend for knuckles to glue to top hand part of add magnets to glove and put magnet inside knuckle pieces.) 4/8 update: Test Top wrist and bottom wrist added. Due to requests the top does have space in back to allow lights and to hide some wiring. holes in top and bottom piece on side to hold magnets to hopefully hold pieces together. Top bone for arm test version added. Understand if using this there is holes at bottom to help with attachment using magnets or possible snaps depending on sizes. adjust size depending on arm length. this may be a struggle for vash arm piece as of right now. You may want to scale arm to be bigger if you want to cover arm better with bone inside. I did place hole low if that if a person wanted they could slice it so they only use bottom part of design allowing people to use arm piece as of now 4/10 update: Here is the bottom piece design for Vash arm. Computer crash trying to render and forgot to save. So did a quick redesign today. This will be last piece planing to work on for now. This is still a test piece Thanks for everyone for your help and feedback so far. This has been a challenge to get something to look close to his arm but make it work for cosplay as well. Next phase will begin test printing all parts and making assembly guide for this design. Should have most pieces printed in about a week. Sorry delay on updates. Computer problems and had to wait for parts to come in to fix it. Computer is now fix and will work work this weekend on changes. 5/30 changes: Based on feed back and some fixes I have changed several files. These still in test phase and I have not been able to test all changes yet. Following changes will have 2.0 in the file names. 1. Finger changes reduced z axis 10% and increase x,y 20%. Did a few adjustment on each piece to allow more freedom. (the following changes should allow better movement of fingers and get closer to a closed fist with hand.) This changes was tested on my hand for correction. 2. Armor pieces for hand have all thicker. This includes the following pieces Thumb, palm, pinky, index, wedge, and misc armor pieces.( changes was made due to not being able to see certain details, fix some spacing problem, and to be stronger so it doesn't break with movement. This changes have been tested. 3. bottom arm size reduced 15%( feedback said it was too long. Should make it better for people. may need to reduce size more) 4. Top arm redesign( WARNING THIS PIECE HAS NOT BEEN TESTED FOR PRINT YET) Changes for top arm was to bend to help match shape of arm armor piece. So bent arm piece to help match armor under bottom. top arm design also added peg holes in several spots on top of the design. Use peg arm if want to add pegs to line up with arm armor. Arm armor change to allow pegs. I can't do any testing at this time. Waiting to get more supplies. Hopefully be able to do some more testing on 6/10. I have one more request to work on based on feedback so far and that is to design elbow armor for flexible print. I will be working on this till then. Thanks again for everyone help and feedback. Project slowly coming together. 6/1 update: Arm armor 2.0 didn't upload correctly. Fixed file
