Oversized bottle cap with Vault boy.

You can print this in multiple colors on most printers with single extruder!

The Vault boy is designed in multiple layers (heights). By changing filament at the correct height, you can print it in multiple colors.

Here are the heights for the filament changes (printing at 0,1mm layer height):

Start with silver or any base color you want for the bottle cap

At 11,0mm switch to red for the top color of the bottle cap

At 16,2mm switch to skin color

At 16,5mm switch to the yellow "T" section on the shirt

At 16,7mm switch to blue for the shirt

At 16,9mm switch to yellow for the hairs

At 17,1mm switch to black for the outline

You will have to manually paint the white area in the mouth (or leave it as red). It's not enough to warrant an entire layer by itself.

Attributions (parts remixed from these sources):
Nuka Cola bottle cap by robert111512, CC BY 3.0

Print instructions

I recommend printing the bottle cap at 0.3mm layer height, then switch to 0.1mm at 16mm.
