Printed in PETG. Two layer height is used. Ten percent infill is applied. No support is required. A 200x200x180 bed size is necessary. You will need to rotate the blades diagonally on the bed to fit. When printing all blades, an eight outline skirt with a quarter-millimeter offset was employed. This helped with bed adhesion. The number of pieces needed can be determined from the end of the file name. For example, Center Middle -1. All required parts can be ordered from McMaster Carr. Five thrust ball bearings are necessary: Corrosion-Resistant for 12 mm Shaft Diameter - 6655K76. Five clamping shaft collars are also required: Clamping Shaft Collar for 12 mm Diameter, 2024 Aluminum - 9506T6. One rotary shaft is needed: Rotary Shaft 1566 Carbon Steel, 12 mm Diameter, 1000 mm Long - 1482K22. Two 8-32 sets of screws are necessary to lock down the base on the shaft. You may choose to use three bearings and clamps instead of five. However, if you do opt for five, adjustments will be needed for the screw that holds the top bearing in place on the bottom and center axis. The hex screw cap will require tapering so it doesn't rub against the cover. This can be achieved by spinning with a drill or drill press and using a Dremel tool. One box of oval head screws is necessary: Oval Head Screws for Sheet Metal Super-Corrosion-Resistant 316 Stainless Steel, Number 6 Size, 1/2" Long - 95639A325.
