Hi,this vawt bladed turbine is still a work in progress,and i will be researching more on how to improve my design. Printing the blades in plastic,then a silicon mould pour from one of the vawt blades,then pouring dascar plastic to make my blades,over time exposure to the UV radiation in sunlight will degrade plastics,finding the right dascar plastics to make my blades,light metal rods to hold the blades,for the pieces that come under stress of movement,for a larger turbine my other downloads urban wind turbine,to be made in pieces if you require a full working power generator, the bottom stand i designed to take double pegs,in time a more portable camping model.
