One of the original wheels on my Vax Pet Energizer Vacuum cleaner broke. It was not available / out of stock everywhere so I went ahead and designed this part. I have initially used vaxwheel1 file and printed using PLA. That is what you see fitted in the photos.It seems to be working O.K. If was initially designed with a view to using PETG for strength and flexibility. If the PLA wheels I have printed do fail then I will print vaxwheel2 file using PETG. vaxwheel2 file is designed using extra wall width and ribs for strength. Both files were designed using Autodesk Inventor.
