<p>Printable case to built a Vectex Controller Plug.<br>Needs a 9 Pin D-SUB female connector (Conrad part number 1401502 - 62 | Digi-Key part number 732-618009221923-ND) and a anti-kink sleeve for 4mm cables (Mounting hole is 6mm x 4.5mm, 2.8mm wall thickness, - I used "Knickschutz für 4mm Kabel" from ab-elektroshop)</p><h3>Print Settings</h3><p><strong>Printer Brand:</strong></p><p>Prusa</p><p><strong>Printer:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>I3 MK3S</p><p><strong>Rafts:</strong></p><p>No</p><p><strong>Supports:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>No</p><p><strong>Resolution:</strong></p><p>0.1 mm - 0.2 mm</p><p><strong>Infill:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>20%<br><strong>Filament:</strong><br>Prusament PETG Galaxy Black&nbsp;</p><h3>&nbsp;</h3><h3>Post-Printing</h3><ul><li>Remove the metal shell from the D-Sub connector<br>(drilling out the hollow rivets works best)</li><li>Shape the plastic inset to match the mounting hole in the printed part<br>(you need to cut or sand down the two lower edges, see image of parts)</li><li>Mount the anti-kink sleeve by pushing it through the side mounting hole<br>(a screwdriver works wonders here)</li><li>Insert the cable, solder the terminals<br>(and test everything! - ask me how I know)</li><li>Glue the terminals into the printed part with some super glue</li></ul>
