Instructions: ------------- 1. BLKBB_board_8x8_20cm_x_20cm_01_1of3.stl 2. BLKBB_supp_glue_7x7_01_2of3.stl 3. BLKBB_chars_7x7_01_3of3.stl for creating this blackboard we need a lot of printing job for each pieces... As we can watch from the included images, we have to build a suit for theese boards that need to be linked togheter. So let's print the 1. BLKBB_board_8x8_20cm_x_20cm_01_1of3.stl in blackcolour.. almost 20x times, it has no longer time to print 'couse it's very thin... Fit theese pieces along a matrix that can change if you need a bigger blackboard. I intend 5 colums x 4 rows or viceversa, and you can obtain a structure that should be blocked with some cartoon papers or token of woods... when you have prepared this board you have to print: 2. BLKBB_supp_glue_7x7_01_2of3.stl and 3. BLKBB_chars_7x7_01_3of3.stl Those are supports for carsets and the carsets to glue on... When all chars are well attached you have obtained peaces that can be fitted and removed from and into the blackboard. The color of thoose last printings should be clearly white, expecially for the charsets... When you print a charset you need to print also the corrisponding supports, and glue togheter as showed in the pdf included... You can consider for having more duplicated numbers letters and symbols, to print several times those files. for a normal usage as the proponed size of the board I think it's needed to print almost 10x times those last file (chars and supp)... Finally you have a lot of pieces to put into a box and use them into the blackboard to compone phrases, expressions and so on... -enjoy- DIMENSION of those files: ------------------------- 1. BLKBB_board_8x8_20cm_x_20cm_01_1of3.stl 20cm x 20cm x 0.5cm consider a set of 20boards fitted togheter, so you have an array of this that can be approx. 100cm x 80cm x 0.5cm 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 considering 5 columns x 4 rows... 2. BLKBB_supp_glue_7x7_01_2of3.stl 18cm x 18cm x 0.35cm corrisponding supports for the charsets 3. BLKBB_chars_7x7_01_3of3.stl 18cm x 18cm x 0.6cm a complete charset from A..to Z, 1.. to 9, 0 , some symb()+-*etc.. let's go, make slices, gcodes...and start yr printing... (!) ---
