Velleman K8200 Double Trapetzoid Z-axis
thingiverse
To double the Z-axis on your K8200, follow these steps: first, use an original T5 belt (replaceable with a GT2 belt), secured with superglue; next, install three 608 bearings (22x8x7mm); then, add two trapezoidal spindles (TR8X1.5 or equivalent); also include a flexible coupling (5mm/8mm), two M8 Nylock nuts, and various bolts and nuts. Adjust the steps/mm according to your chosen spindle type, as seen in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qmYXHTcvl8E.
