This relatively simple print provides strain-relief for heated-bed cables. Typically, the cables are soldered to the bed, and over time, the up and down movement starts to make the solder brittle - providing strain relief in this way means the cable is free to move, but not at the bed end. It's a simple print, and sits over the z-axis arms. In order to attach the clamp, just tap the strain-relief part for your favourite M3 bolt. Similarly the arms at the bottom rely on flexing in to clamp the Z arms. Whenever I design a part that needs a thread tapping, I always add a couple of extra layers in there so there is some solid plastic for the tap to cut into - I used 4 layers on this part.
