Veloster Turbo BOV access Cover

Update: I have added a version that if you make the cutout just right it clips into place and is held in place under its own force, it also has a comical Boost is loading Dialogue on the cover. I am just putting this up here in case any Veloster Turbo owners out there are interested in making a quick access point to their BOV's. To get an idea of where to make your cutout on the bumper first print this part. then place in on the bumper and looking at it side on slide it back and forth till the side profile matches the bumper profile. There is one side with a slight curve, match this to the bumper. The back of the angled piece should be up against the angled edge of the bumper. Your cutout should be a little larger then the lip on the underside and at the top a notch a 1/4" smaller on all sides versus the top notch of the cover. The clips are to be screwed between the bumper and the cover. I used 10/32 screws. Again I am not making a long tuturial on this. Just posting this in case anyone is interested in it. For an idea of the cutout if you are still unsure take a look at the photo with the pink area. The Pink area is the area of your cutout. Your notch should just go up to where bumper starts to angle up and no further.
