Venetian Blind Restraint / Holder

A simple little thing created to restrain the bottom of a venetian blind, whilst allowing easy access to open the blind when needed. Very handy when a window is open and the blind otherwise swings back and forth in the wind. The base screws to the window ledge, and the top is fixed with a screw so it can easily rotate. This is designed for venetian blinds with a base rail roughly 25mm across and 10mm tall and allows a small amount of movement so the blind can be adjusted. A taller version of the base allows more movement if the standard grips the base bar too tightly.
