Venetian blind slat opening roller

This stl is for a replacement roller that fails occasionally in a commercial venetian blind. It controls the amount of blind opening. It fits over a 4mm square rod that passes through the blind extrusion at the top.This is the first design of this part and seems to work ok. But I may improve it over time. I built it on a raft with supports which came off ok. The difficult part is putting the blind material back into it. But once its in it works fine.
