Got the same trouble than for my [PC case air intake filter box](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3856534) except that making a hole in the frontage is far more complex: it isn't flat and there is no large rectangular area I can cut.... So I had to use the two free 5'¼ drive bays. I made path to insert M3 nuts such that they fall in place automatically. Don't turn it upside down after inserting the nuts and before you fix it into your computer's case. The screw's places nearest to the door are part of the norm but doesn't seem to be present on PC's case. I suggest you don't insert nuts into them. The M4 nuts should be push in place first. Next the M3 nuts should be push into the hexagonal holes where there naturally fall to there place. The piece should not be turn upside down after inserting the nuts until it's fixed it into your computer's case. The PDF file is here to serve as a template to cut the filter to the right form and size : be careful when you print it softwares sometimes resize without warning when printing! The size should be around 143mm×81mm ! Additional hardware: ------------- - 2 to 8 M3 nuts, - 2 to 8 M3 screw, I use 12 mm long because I do not have shorter ones, - 8 M4 nuts, - 4 M4×15mm screw for the filter box, - 4 M4×40mm screw for the fan (depend of the fan), - 1 standard 80mm fan, - air filter. Note: -------- This was done in the same time: [Box fitting into two computer's 3½ disc bays](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4936815)
