English/عربيهذا تصميم النسخة الثانية لجهاز التنفس السابق.هذا التصميم مجاني.هذا التصميم لديه الامكانية بالتحكم بحجم الهواء المدفوع. مع امكانية مراقبة الضغط, الرطوبة و درجة حرارة الهواء المدفوع.يعتمد هذا التصميم على مبدأ المكبس و الاسطوانة, حيث ان الاسطوانة ثابتة و المكبس يتحرك بداخلها.اقل مسافة للمكبس عن قاعدة الاسطوانة هي (8ملم) و ابعد مسافة هي (53 ملم), قطر الاسطوانة الداخلي (150ملم). مما يوفر امكانية ضخ حجم من الهواء يتم التحكم به من (0 سم مكعب) الى (900 سم مكعب).هناك متحسس للمسافة من نوع انفراريد موجود مقابيل المكبس و مثبت على الاسطوانة يقوم بقياس بعد المكبس بشكل مستمر و بالتالي معرفة الهواء المدفوع.للتصميم محركان خطويان من اجل توفير الضغط الكافي لادارة عمود الحدبات و بالتالي توفير الضغط المطلوب.مع مروحتان لتبريد المحركات الخطوية.تحتوي الاسطوانة على صمامان من نوع (صمام باتجاه واحد), الاول يقوم بادخال الهواء النقي الى داخل الاسطوانة و الاخر يخرج الهواء من الاسطوانة.يتكون المكبس من طبقتان من اجل تقليل احتمالية ان ينقلب المكبس اثناء الحركة.اي مقترح من اجل تطوير التصميم في محل الترحيب.This is the design of the second version of the Ventilator.This design is free and open source.it has the ability to provide a user-defined volume of air, with the ability of monitoring the pressure, humidity and temperature of the provided air.• the design is based on the principle of the piston and cylinder, the cylinder is fixed and the piston is moving inside it.• The minimum stroke is 8mm and the maximum stroke is 53mm, the diameter of the cylinder is 150mm. this will give the ability to choose the volume to be pumped ranging from o cc to 900 cc.• There is an Infrared sensor in front of the moving piston, the purpose of this IR sensor is to determine the position of the piston continuously so that is to determine the amount of air that has been pumped into the lungs.• This ventilator has two (NEMA) stepper motors, to provide the required torque on the crank to drive the piston through the connecting rod.• With two cooling fans used to cool down the stepper motors.• The cylinder has two one-way-valves the first one is to ensure that when the piston head retract, the cylinder will draw fresh air. And the other valve is used to pump the fresh air inside the lungs.• The piston head has two layers used to reduce the possibility of tilting while pumping.Any suggestions to develop this design are most welcome.
