UPDATE 02APR20: Connector passed flow tests on an artificial lung with flying colors. See it in action: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q26rXmtEKhk&feature=youtu.be

I got my hands on some ventilator parts to get actual dimensions. The model my local hospital uses has one branch different from the others, so I modified my parametric design to accommodate. I also ensured that it will print without supports to make these more easily produce-able. Same rules apply:

A doctor friend mentioned a possible shortage of Y junctions for ventilator hoses especially if it became necessary to service multiple patients off of one machine (like so:
https://hackaday.com/2020/03/19/saving-4-patients-with-just-1-ventilator/). Feel free to utilize or mod as needed.

Safety considerations:
-Use at your own risk...something something neither liable nor responsible...something something...
-3D printed items can be porous and permeable
-Recommend checking the SDS of whatever you print for particulates and hazardous volatile compounds
-This will be an inferior/less desirable solution than similar parts from approved sources
-Pretend that you have COVID-19 when moving the part from the print bed to a sealed container for delivery
-I fly helicopters and ride motorcycles, so my perception of acceptable risk likely doesn't match yours or the FDA's.
