Open-source 90° direction changing bevel gear module designed for Generation 2 Versa Planetary gearboxes. Parts / Materials list in the zip file. Solidworks 2016 ( or a more recent version ) if you want to open the CAD files. Stl files will be included, meaning Solidworks is not necessary for routing or fabricating the module. Some prerequisites for the fabrication of this module are: - CNC router - 3D printer ( Preferably able to print PETG ) - Basic metal fabrication Note: Despite the module's tight tolerances, it could technically be made by hand if you have god-tier metal fab. However, looser tolerances would likely result in poor gear-biting and other issues which will result in greater wear and requirement for more maintenance.
