As an engineer which loves green power i could't have a balcony without a wind turbine sitting there, it's free power, let's not waste it! The full scale version has a hole for a 8mm diameter shaft. %% UPDATE %% Edited versions files have the New_version name XL version has same height but larger radius. The slots on the shaft connection are present for future upgrade for inner blades useful to let the turbine start spinning under small breeze. This upgrade will be realesed soon.
