Vertical Blinds Components (Rope Roller, End Control, Wall Bracket, Blind Piece)

Several components were broken or missing on our vertical blinds in the kitchen. I took many measurements and created several iterations until the pieces fit together perfectly. I used White Lithium Grease to lubricate any of the moving components. The components modeled are the little roller wheels that allow the rope to roll smoothly, the bracket that holds the control rope in tension, and the end control piece that facilitates the overall function of the blinds. There was some slight warping/elephants foot on some of the roller wheels that prevented it from rolling perfectly, so I adjusted settings until they were normal. I also printed the wheels sideways which allowed for greater mechanical strength when the user is pulling on the rope. The wall bracket and end control piece used supports, which were fairly easy to remove. The controller piece was printed so that the side where the gears are inserted were against the bed. Edit: After a week of use, everything is running perfectly smooth. The replacement rope I ordered from McMaster Carr is listed below. I also uploaded the piece that slides into the blinds that clip into the rail. https://www.mcmaster.com/3852T11 Update: Another week of continued use and everything is still perfect. Just added new pictures for the blind clip components
