Print and mount the flat thing to the monitor and the other two to a wall. I couldn't tell you how much weight it holds. I have the LG ultra wide 29 inch mounted to it. No problems. Seems really sturdy. The monitor weighs in at around 5.5Kg (11.5 lbs).
