VESA 100x100 Adapter MSI Optix MAG341CQ

<p>Sturdy VESA 100x100 Adapter to enable wall- or tablemounting for the MSI Optix MAG341CQ (German/ European Version, so check your monitors interface before printing, MSI seems to have at least one other version distributed in North America!). There was a version on thingiverse, which did not seem strong enough for me, so I designed my own. Someone remixed the thingiverse version to be stronger, but I would still like to share mine as it should be even stronger and is designed to accept the M4 screws many VESA mounts come with. I printed 2, the first one holds up with no issues with 20% Infill, changed it to 30% for a second print for increased safety. It attaches to the monitor using the screws which come with the standard stand, using two additional M4 washers (I recommend getting large ones, can be up to 18 mm OD). Needs four M4 nuts which are pressed into the printed part, the length of the screws needs to be at least 8 mm + the thickness of the mounts VESA-Plate.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>Sliced for 0.6 mm Nozzle, the print speed, extrusion width and layer hight may be achievable with 0.4 mm, but it would be pushing the limits.<br/> If you slice it yourself, support on build plate only must be enabled, I printed with a rather large brim because of non-optimal PLA adhesion on my textured sheet.</p> <p>The chosen layerheight results in a rather rough finish, which I do not mind in a exchange for faster print time, as it is out of sight in both setups for me. If aesthetics matter, I would go for a lower layerheight.</p>
