My neighbor needed one for his monitor but I could only find one online that was 3D printed and for sale. This needs to be out there for people to print their own! So I remade it based on new measurements - and it fits great!! This one is centered, however the one I printed for my neighbor was offset 55mm to move the monitor down. (pictured) I included that file as well.
