This is a VESA adapter plate I modeled in Autodesk Inventor to adapt a Sceptre 24-inch monitor having a 200mm x 100mm screw pattern to my monitor stand having a 100mm x 100mm screw pattern. It is 6mm thick, and I printed them with 3mm walls using a 15% grid infill, and supports are only necessary to neatly print 4 socket head screw recesses (3mm deep). The cutouts are designed to save filament without losing strength, and it has holes for 4M screws with recesses on opposite sides for the hex socket screw heads. The Sceptre E24 monitors weigh 11.2 lbs, but these adapters should handle up to 15 lbs; no guarantees though, since your prints may have greater or lesser strength, depending on settings and materials.
