I used the VESA 3mm spaker by kubius as a base for this. This will let you mount an Asus VivoStick PC to most products with a VESA 75 or 100 mount. It is a stung fit, but the VivoStick mount should snap once you remove the tab with the tape on it and the screws should also work.
