I made this to mount a small HDMI monitor (with 75mm VESA spacing) on the steel shelf next to where I often test / build computers. Will snap snugly onto the uprights of a steel shelf with ~1.05" uprights (the normal size for the larger shelves). You can also put a wire-tie through it to the upright if you are concerned about it falling/moving.
