I love the original design and I wanted to add the option to tilt the monitor so I have created 4, 5 and 6 degrees templates so you can choose the one that fits better your circumstances. I have also added the original monitor mount and a thinner one, considerating that the tilted template will add thickness to the system. This design it is VESA 75, but you can easily modify it to adapt to any VESA sizes just scaling X & Y axes.
