This is a pair of VESA mounting plates for attaching a mini-PC or other VESA mountable item to the mono price monitor arm. There are two styles I created (and used for my X-carve controller station). The first style is a pole-topper (basically you slide the mount over the pole and you have a rotatable VESA mounting plate at the top). The second style is more complex as I wanted to mount my computer (a mini-PC like an Intel NUC) behind the monitor. The Mini-PC is VESA mountable however the monitor is already using the mounting holes to attach itself to the arm, so I needed to make the holes allow a second VESA mounted object back there. The cutout is to allow the monitor arm to flex while the PC is mounted above it. Obviously you will need longer M5 bolts to deal with the thickness of the plate. I also made a laser cut version of that plate. Obviously if you are printing this in PLA: DON'T MOUNT A HEAVY OBJECT ON THIS (the mini-PC weighs like 200g); I guess with the STEP file and if you have a 5-axis mill you can mill your own metal version of this to mount heavy objects. I am including the SolidWorks file and a STEP file so those of you with CAD can customize to your own needs (although if you have CAD experience you likely would have no problem making a VESA mounting plate since it's just a square 75mm and 100mm with M5 clearance holes on the corners). If you are printing this in PLA I strongly suggest using washers on the bolts as it's easy to crush PLA with a bolt as you tighten.
