Was looking for a way to mount my Monitor to an existing standardized 35mm Monitor pole. The vesa plate supports 75x75 and 100x100 diameters and mounts directly to the pole part. I recommend an m5 screw with washers. Layer Height does not matter, I've printed with .32 Walls: 4-6 Top/bottom: 3-5 Infill: 50-100%, depending on your monitor. I use it with a rather heavy 19" screen.
