Since West Coast Products currently (February 2022) lists their 1x2 tube plugs as out of stock until March (which is too late for this build season), I made an alternative optimized for printing. The holes are made to fit EZ-lok 10-32 x 7/32” depth thermal/ultrasonic threaded inserts (available from Grainger). I printed in Prusament PC-CF which has a similar static yield strength as PLA but dramatically improved impact strength which matters more for FRC. Priline also makes carbon-fiber filled PC and it's a bit cheaper but more inconsistent in strength. If you use any carbon-fiber filled plastic you will need a hardened nozzle like E3D Nozzle X, E3D Obsidian, Olsson Ruby, Slice Engineering Vanadium, MicroSwiss A2, etc. I made the tops of the holes teardrop shaped so it prints without supports and requires no cleanup.

Update 2/8/22:
The print of 8 sequentially didn't have enough margin around the extruder for some reason and kept crashing after printing the 3d model. Uploaded a new gcode and 3mf that only tries to print 2 at a time.
