Vex Robotics Shaft Collar

This is a shaft collar for vex robotics. These shaft collars are very expensive, so I decided to make a 3D printable version. The exact tolerances needed to make the screw threads work well will depend on the machine used to print. Make sure to set the layer height on the 3d printer to the same layer height set in customizer.
