Remixed from source to fit an SKR 2 board, added fan mount to inside of case. Remixed also from the other remix that adds easy rails. please let me know if it works for you. Currently printing for my Ender 3 Max. Update: V2 places card a little further from the left side to give more room to the power supply wires.
