After studies on 15 different models of FaceShields available on the internet and the help of several professionals in Brazil, we created this model of the display support. The Faceshield rim consists of 1 pieces printed in 3D, a transparent material plate of 2 sizes 240mm and 330mm wide and an elastic / velcro. Improvements made in consideration of other shared projects: ∞ Printing time has been reduced to up to 1h at 50mm / s and 0.4mm nozzle ∞ Printing time has been reduced to 25min at 40mm / s and 1mm nozzle ∞ The part is completely solid to allow resistance and reuse after sanitation ∞ The design without corners and small cracks allows for easy cleaning. ∞ A display fitting system has no holes in the front making hygiene easier between appointments (vector .DXF cut available + manual cut guide) edge) ∞ For greater comfort in the support of the forehead, the use of a foam is recommended if it is wrapped with PVC plastic film to guarantee the non-contamination of this comfortable material, however, foam it is difficult to clean.
