Viair Components Enclosure for BAK Revolver Tonneau Cover

I wanted an enclosure to better house the components for the Viair 2on2 air compressor (30018, 30005, 30001 or 30016) so I created this to house the gauge, switch, solenoid, fuse, air filter and a place to attach the manifold to. The enclosure hangs from our truck's BAK Revolver X4s Bed Cover. It is very specific but perhaps it will help someone out there. The enclosure uses heat set threaded inserts from McMaster-Carr. The larger ones are 10-32 x .0225 (sku 93365A154) and smaller ones for attaching the manifold to are M4 x 7.92mm (sku 94180A353). The inserts I chose because I had them in my stock and the M4 inserts fit the screws for the manifold by chance. Four 5/16-in x 4 inch hex bolts were used to hang the enclosure from the T-slots on the bottom of the tonneau cover (Lowe’s item # 311604 plus washers and lock nuts). FYI, in my application I used the Viair 30005 as at the time it was on sale and it enabled me to use the Jeep bracket in which I modified it for mounting in the truck bed of my Ford F-350. Using this kit does require some modifications to make the cables longer. I printed this with ABS and sealed it better by brushing on Acetone and painting it black.
