updated STLs - added tabs to make it easier to pull them apart These are molds for casting vibration isolating dampers for use in multi rotor applications. Folks that have built out the QAV400 or the ADS-400Q (and other variants of those models) will know what these are and why this mold is useful. Shopping list: M3 6mm hex bolts (or 8mm bolts if you have thicker plates) M3 washers M4 washers CA the M3 washers to the heads of the bolts (on the top of the head, not threaded onto the shoulder). This will give the silicone an extra surface to bite on to. Before placing the parts in the mold - spray on a release agent (if you have a 3D printer then you already have release agent - it's called hair spray :). After the part's been cast and cured. take the M4 washer and CA it to the shoulder and voila - vibration dampers :) You'll need 2 part silicone casting material, and you're shooting for a durometer of 30 on the Shore A scale. Use a 20ML disposable syringe to inject the material into the mold..then let it sit and cure. Once it's cured - remove the top of the mold then trim with a sharp pair of scissors. Enjoy :)
