VIC Bobbins - Modular Designs for Ferrite U Core

I originally started this design to give more room for wire on the bobbins to allow for a "Multi Tap" type transformer setup. It has adjustable end caps so that you can adjust the core gap. There is also an experimental 'Inductive Coupling' bobbin for the Chokes. A spacer Jig keeps each piece level and square when super gluing the pieces together. You can also see the beginnings of an automated coil winder in the picture. This is still yet uncompleted, but you may add your own ideas to it if you want to and are able. Made up a quick set of chuck adaptors for winding these coils on a mini lathe. Print two of them, chuck one into the jaws. Put a 608 bearing in the other and align bearing hole with lathe point. I recommend making a metal insert to put inside the bobbin to avoid breaking it.
