Victagen Bike light mount

Victagen Bike light mount

I made this light mount for my Victagen bike light. I'm not sure if this will work on all Victagen lights. This mount features two compliant mechanisms: one for the latching mechanism and another to mitigate rattling. This mount can also be rotated +- 45 degrees relative to the base and locked in place. I designed this light mount to fit on the fork blades of my old Schwinn bike. Its fork blades are about 1/4 in thin and made of solid forged steel. If you wanted to use this on tubular fork blades, I included the step file so you can redesign the clamp. The step file also shows how this is meant to be put together. This mount requires some hardware: 2x 8mm M3 bolts for fastening the clip to the base 4x 20mm M3 bolts for fastening the base to the fork and clamping plate 6x M3 nuts
