Vintage VW Beetle Star Wars Imperial Cog Hood Ornament

The factory VW logo for my 74 VW Beetle was missing two of the rubber plugs that holds it in place so I went ahead and removed it so I wouldn't lose it on the road. While I had it out, I decided it would be fun to make a custom logo. To get the logo on, I used short 3mm screws and washers. It is attached from under the hood so its a little awkward to have to hold the logo in one hand and screw it on from around the hood underneath but its do-able. I did have to grind a couple half-moon clearance slots in the sheetmetal support under the logo so I could get a screwdriver at the two holes closest to the windshield but it shouldn't hurt anything long-term.
