Print x1 coins, x3 box, x2 player and x2 player reverse Not perfect but better than what you get and no one else have bothered to do anything for this insert at the time of uploading. Chest tiles - put approx 1/3 under each box Player boxes - 2 of each. Print using the spiral function, and its still a snug fir for all the pieces UPDATE 16/12/23 - I have made minor adjustments to the player boxes so they fit a bit better. Still not perfect and the viscounts will have to go elsewhere but an improvement over my original. Alternatively, and I haven't printed these yet, try the lifter files. A crude design but should work. Just lift it out and be ready to catch the player pieces but is filament and time friendly and all the pieces will fit comfortably in the allocated areas.
